Instructions:

Hot use :

1) Place the eye mask in the heated water for 10 minutes.

2) Remove the eye mask from water with a tong,wipe try.

1) Store eye mask in freezer for at least two hours.

2) Wipe the hoarfrost from the eye mask before use.
